This bento is huge, but since I work 11-8, this functions as my lunch and dinner.
Barley pilaf, peas with butter and herb roasted chicken fill the bottom container.
Carrots with ranch and a raisin/nut/molasses cookie (from Grandma Bea). There are some granola nut clusters for breakfast.
I learned I never need two pieces of chicken in a bento, even if it’s my only meal of the day.
