Top: radishes, carrots and yogurt
Bottom: sesame ginger chicken, celery and onion stir fry, rice and granola bar
Whenever I made stir fry I always put 100 vegetables in it. For this, I adapted a recipe from Bento Boxes: Japanese Meals on the Go. Simplicity is the key. It was so tasty and really made you appreciate the separate flavors.
