Pretty similar to Monday’s lunch…

Top: “Super Soup” chockful of healthy vegetables

Bottom: red and black grapes; a cheese stick (How many times can I carry this to work and not eat it?); two cheese ravioli; plain yogurt with Michael’s homemade peach jam

A week or so ago the supermarket sample lady left eight 32 ounce plain yogurts in the fridge for anyone that wanted one. Nobody wanted them! I took two. Because you can: add fruit or jam, use instead of sour cream, make tzatziki (Greek cucumber yogurt sauce), make labneh (yogurt cheese), stir into cream soup, use in baked goods or smoothies… There’s eight more in the fridge. If they’re still there tomorrow, I’m going to nab a couple more!
