I haven’t been packing bentos for two reasons: the camera broke and I’m lazy.

But I found an awesome container today that deserved a proper bento. I actually found this exact same container months ago when thrifting with my MIL. She loves elephants so much, I knew she’d get more happiness out of it. I was excited to find another one and it was only $1.00!

I love the separate compartment for the fork and spoon.

In the elephant: bell pepper, onion and potato frittata. Check out my cheese hearts!

In the pink container: steamed broccoli and carrots, grapefruit and sesame honey candies.

I’m pleased with my phone’s camera now that I figured out to turn off the flash.

I’m really looking forward to this hot, healthy lunch as the weather has been cold and drizzly. Cheese hearts cheer me up.
