I work a short shift and don’t get a lunch. This is what I will eat after work and before my MIL picks me up for our Mother-Daughter outing.

Tiny shish kabobs! Ham and cheddar, red and green grapes, tomato and cucumber. Yum! On the side potatoes fried in bacon grease from a few days ago.
This will be just enough carbs and protein to fuel our thrifting trip!
