MichaelĀ is making dinner tomorrow, so I want to keep lunch light…
Top left: an organic oatmeal and homey granola bar (if I feel the need for breakfast)
Top right: “healthy” breakfast sangwich (reduced fat biscuit, low-sodium ham, 2% cheddar cheese, one medium egg)
Bottom: grapes, blueberries, cucumbers and tomatoes
I’ve gotta leave room for the slow roasted rotisserie chicken!
