This recipe is courtesy of my mom…
one 8 ounce block of cream cheese
1/2 cup finely diced bell pepper (red, yellow or green)
2 teaspoons worchestershire sauce or soy sauce
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, cojack, Italian blend, etc.)
1/2 teaspoon seasoning (Greek, Italian, lemon pepper, garlic pepper, etc.)
a dash of salt
Mix all ingredients well. Chill until ready to serve. You can form into a ball and cover with nuts, parsley or paprika. Or you can just scoop it into a bowl and serve as a spread. Remove from fridge 1/2 an hour before serving. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips or veggie slices (cucumber, carrot, bell pepper, zucchini, etc.).
Serves: Many?
Tips: Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
You can add other veg such as onion, chive, garlic, etc.
