My Bento Lunch for Saturday Posted by samaree

Yah, we got a new camera! I’m throwing away the receipt so we don’t return it for money and I’m calling all the pawn shops in town!

Omg, look at that bento perfection. This is what zoom on a good camera can do.

Top left: watermelon (that giant slice my MIL gave me seems neverending)

Bottom left: sliced cucumber (I’ve learned to put a bit of paper towel under them so they don’t “water” everything else)

Middle: stuffed ‘shrooms (so easy: chop the stems, crush two ritz or any cracker, smoosh in two spoons of cream cheese, season to taste, stuff and bake 350* for 10 – 12 minutes)

Right: more leftover cous cous with a bit of sauteed chicken, celery and red pepper ( seasoned with Spike, the most wonderful seasoning on the planet)
