
Here is a pic of my lunch in a little stack. Look at that tiny Corningware casserole on the bottom (1 1/2 c only 55c at SalArmani).
Here’s the deconstruction:

That’s a baked potato in the Corningware with broccol, cauliflower and cheese sauce. On the left is broccoli, carrot and celery with ranch dip. In the middle is half a container of mixed berry yogurt. On the right is the last of the grapes (sigh) with cheddar cheese (left over from Wednesday). I’ll probably eat the baked potato and a few grapes and be totally stuffed.
For dinner tonight, I served beef vegetable soup. I made Michael a grilled cheese sangwich. I made myself broccoli and cauliflower with cheese sauce (I made double and used the rest for my bento). He said, “Not enough vegetables in the soup? You need a side of vegetables, too?”. Yes, and a V-8 to wash it down!

My nephew calls it “Sausage Nation Army” and “Big Wood” (Salvation Army and Goodwill :p)
