Bottom rectangle: the other half of the Weight Watchers raspberry yogurt. Below: bacon fat fried red skinned potatoes (left over from Sunday’s “breakfast for lunch”). Top rectangle: pot roast with gravy (already cut into cubes for easy eating). Fillers: Orange wedge, red grapes, celery sticks, one lonely carrot stick and two broccoli florets. Pink container: ranch dip (left over from Wings, Etc. last night).
This is the first bento I’ve packed that required heating (pot roast and potatoes). I wanted something more substantial as it’s my main meal for the day and it’s supposed to snow! Yes, the last week in April in Indiana is a hoot!
