I love this time of year. In Northern Indiana it’s a variable time of weather. Last week it was 90 degrees. Today it was 65 degrees. I see people with jackets and flip flops, shorts and sweatshirts. How do you dress for the weather when there’s a 20 degree drop from day to night?

Anyone who knows me knows I am a sweater junkie. I probably own 50 sweaters. Also, oddly enough I love socks, but live for the weather accommodating sandals. This weird weather is ideal for the wearing of sweaters and sandals. This combination, for me, regulates temperature. Kind of like the one leg out, one leg under the comforter bedtime temperature regulation.

Unfortunately, my job prohibits the wearing of sandals, but I do own a pair of hideous huaraches that I will proudly wear tomorrow, sans socks, with a funky vintage sweater.
