The price of eggs keeps rising. I saw the price go up three times in one week a couple of weeks ago. For Easter, Target had them priced at 2 dozen for $1.00. I priced matched and bought four dozen. We used one dozen making eggs for midnight snackies and breakfast one morning. I dyed another dozen for Easter eggs. I forgot how much fun that is. The other two dozen I’ll either use up or freeze. Egg salad, anyone?
