Spicy Soy Sauce Fish
4 – 6 filets, any white fish (pollock, whiting, perch, cod, orange roughy)
1 T butter or margarine
1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup hot sauce or hot wing sauce
fresh lemon, optional
Melt the butter in a large skilet. Add soy sauce and hot sauce and stir. When sauce is hot, add fish fillets and cook for about 3-5 minutes each side, basting with sauce often. Remove fish from pan. Top with additional sauce and a squeeze of lemon, if desired.
Serves 2.
